At Beer Me Now we always aim to be as flexible as we can. Whilst we cannot guarantee specific beers in subscription boxes, if you have certain preferences, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to tailor your box.
We pledge that you will never receive the same beer twice. However, if there's particular beer that you like please email us at email@example.com or leave a comment in your 'My Account' section and if we still have the stock, we’ll include it again.
Once your initial order has been placed, we will aim to ship your box out to you within 2 days. Each month your payment will be taken on the same date as your initial subscription date (give or take a few days for weekends) and your subscription box will be delivered shortly after. If you order from our gift section, we also aim to ship these within 2 working days of the order being placed.
We feel that it’s important for your subscription to be flexible and if you do wish to cancel, we will make this process as easy as possible. Just login to the 'My Account' section and choose to unsubscribe. Alternatively, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do the rest.
